The Division Leader Assistant (DLA) is essentially the 2nd in command for a division and holds most of the same duties that the DL holds, but in more of a support role. A DLA must be dedicated to his division and to oversee all its growth. The DLA reports to the DL with all issues that may arise and helps out with all of the regions where it is required. The DLA duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the division and all of its members
  • Supporting the DL with all issues that arise
  • Stepping up to fill in when the DL needs to take time off
  • Dealing with all regions including NA/EUW/EUNE/Asia
  • Working with the Division Level Staff to oversee the division

- Moderating all forums in their own divisions
